I’m Michelle, the cook and inspiration behind GF Chow.  Food brings me great joy…it’s always on my mind! I love cooking, eating and sharing recipes. While food is a very big part of my life, I admit social media and photography are not! So hang with me while I learn and let me know how I’m doing.

Although all of the recipes on the website are gluten free, they are meant for everyone. I am gluten free for health reasons but my family is not and cooking for my family is an interesting challenge. My goal is to create simple yet delicious recipes that you wouldn’t even know are gluten free… unless someone told you. For me, it’s all about using basic ingredients to create great flavors and easy-to-prepare recipes.

The recipes you find here are considered by me to be gluten free.   However, it is up to you to make sure the ingredients you use are gluten free.  Whenever possible,  I will list specific brands of ingredients that I use, but always be sure to check the labels yourself to verify the item is gluten free.
